Kushner LaGraize, L.L.C. is a well-established, mid-sized, certified public accounting firm with approximately 60 employees, located in the Greater New Orleans area. We are a successful firm that specializes in serving closely held companies and high net worth individuals. We provide a full spectrum of professional services including Tax Consulting, planning and preparation, Audit and Attestation services, litigation support services, general accounting services and numerous other specialized/niche services. We have over a 30-year history of progressive growth as a result of our excellent client service and most of our growth is generated through client referrals.
OPPORTUNITY:
Kushner LaGraize, LLC is hiring motivated students for a Tax Staff Internship who possess a passion to learn and succeed in public accounting.
It is a seasonal part-time tax position (internship) for students who have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and will have an undergraduate degree in accounting.
Kushner LaGraize, LLC requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. The students will be paid for their hours while developing critical technical and analytical skills. They will be responsible for preparing business and individual tax returns, accounting and financial statement reporting, and payroll tax returns, etc.
As a Tax Staff, you will be required to perform basic accounting services, prepare work papers and appropriate supporting documentation, prepare compiled financial statements and prepare various tax returns. Applicant will enjoy hands-on opportunities that will enable you to achieve personal and professional goals.
